Founded in October 2024, TB Industrial is a woman and Native American-owned small business owned and operated by Tiffany and Troy Blackmon. This couple has been married for over 30 years and have worked to raise seven children. They bring the values to the company each day that have been a key to their long-standing marriage: faith in God, trust, loyalty, hard work, perseverance and honesty.

Tiffany has served in healthcare services most of her career as a Registered Nurse working in very demanding circumstances caring for neo-natal, cardiac care, and pediatric home care patients. Troy has spent the last 30 years recruiting and building teams providing safe, timely, and high-quality construction, maintenance, and repair services to bulk fuel facility owners in both the private and public sectors. He has brought a wealth of lessons learned from this experience to TB Industrial.
