Tiffany is the founder and majority owner of TB Industrial, a woman-owned small business located in Boerne, Texas. Her corporate responsibilities include client relationship management, operations oversight, strategic planning, financial management, and resource management. Over the course of her career in the medical field, she has been required to think quickly, react appropriately, and calmly solve problems. This experience has prepared her well to provide overall leadership to TB Industrial.
Tiffany earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in May, 1995. In 1997, she completed nursing school at Del Mar in Corpus Christi, Texas and has worked in various roles as a Registered Nurse since then. She has remained very active volunteering with her local church, non-profit organizations and schools while raising seven children. Tiffany enjoys traveling with her family, completing home improvement projects, and engaging with the local social networking organizations.

Troy Blackmon, MBA – Chief Operating Officer
Troy serves in the role of Chief Operating Officer of TB Industrial, a woman-owned small business located in Boerne, Texas. His primary corporate responsibilities include business development, recruiting, daily operations management, project execution, project controls, and enterprise accounting functions. Troy has built and managed multiple fuel facility maintenance, repair, and construction business units within corporate entities over the last 30 years. His experience and leadership in these roles have prepared him well for this role at TB Industrial.
Troy earned his bachelor’s degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in May, 1995, followed by completing his master’s degree in Business Administration in 2008. He has remained very active volunteering with his local church, non-profit organizations and schools while raising seven children. Troy enjoys traveling, fishing, shooting clays, golfing, and attending college sports events.
